Mahjong Solitaire
How to play
- Goal: clear every tile from the board by removing matching pairs.
- Free tiles: you can only pick a tile that has nothing on top of it and has an open left or right side. Blocked tiles are shaded.
- Matching: tap a free tile, then tap another free tile with the same picture. In the traditional set, any flower matches any flower and any season matches any season.
- Stuck? Tap Hint to see a pair, Undo to take back a move, or Shuffle to mix up the tiles that are left.
Tips
- Work on the tallest stacks and the long rows first. They hide the most tiles.
- When three or four of the same tile are free, think about which pair opens up more of the board.
- Don't use up a pair that is the only way to free a tile you will need later.
