Quiz Chase is a free browser-based trivia game inspired by The Chase. You play as a contestant trying to answer questions, build a cash total, and race home before Quiz Rival catches you. The game captures the tension of the TV format — a head-to-head pursuit where every correct answer moves you closer to safety, but your opponent is always one step behind.
The game has three phases. In the Cash Builder, you answer rapid-fire questions to accumulate prize money — each correct answer adds $1,000 to your pot. Then comes the Offer: Quiz Rival presents three choices — a safe lower amount, your earned total, or a risky higher payout. Finally, the Chase begins. You and Quiz Rival race down a board by answering questions. Reach home before the Rival catches you and you keep your winnings. Get caught, and you leave with nothing.
During the Cash Builder, answer quickly and do not overthink — there is no penalty for wrong answers beyond ending the round. When choosing your offer, the middle option is safest for most players since the high offer puts you closer to Quiz Rival on the board. In the Chase, accuracy matters more than speed. A wrong answer means you stay put while Quiz Rival advances, so take a moment on questions you are unsure about.
